Bei Nichtzustimmung, muß die Software von all Ihren Speichermedien gelöscht werden. 1. Alle Rechte bezüglich JAmp liegen bei der Firma TOBIAS MEUSCHKE IT. Die Rechte an den für JAmp genutzten "javazoom mp3 spi" Bibliotheken liegen bei JAVAZOOM (www.javazoom.net). 2. Der Erwerb von JAmp ist nur innerhalb der Bundesrepublik Deutschland gestattet. Alle Downloads und Bestellungen aus dem Internet sind als lokale Transaktionen innerhalb der Bundesrepublik Deutschland (gemäß deutschen Rechts) zu betrachten. Der Erwerb der Software ist auch für Personen und Organisationen mit (Wohn-) Sitz außerhalb der Bundesrepublik Deutschland, gemäß den genannten Bedingungen, möglich. 3. Die Nutzung von JAmp unterliegt deutschem Recht. Für Nutzungen außerhalb der Bundesrepublik Deutschland wird anerkannt, daß dies ausschließlich nach deutschem Recht geschieht. 4. Die Nutzung von JAmp ist für den nichtkommerziellen Gebrauch kostenlos. Eine kommerzielle Nutzung bedarf der Zustimmeung von Tobias Meuschke IT. 5. Eine Manipulation oder Veränderung der Software ist nicht gestattet. 6. TOBIAS MEUSCHKE IT kann keinerlei Haftung für Datenverluste, entgangene Gewinne oder sonstige Schäden, die durch die Nutzung von JAmp entstehen, übernehmen. Eine Ausnahme dieser Regelung besteht nur bei nachweisbar grober Fahrlässigkeit seitens TOBIAS MEUSCHKE IT. 7. Jeder Verstoß gegen diese Lizenzvereinbarungen führt zum sofortigen Erlöschen der Nutzungsrechte und dem Entzug der Lizenz. TOBIAS MEUSCHKE IT behält sich weiterhin in diesem Fall eine straf- und/oder zivilrechtliche Verfolgung vor. 8. Alle Rechte, die hier nicht ausdrücklich freigegeben werden, verbleiben beim TOBIAS MEUSCHKE IT. 9. Sollte eine oder mehrere Bestimmungen der Lizenzvereinbarung unwirksam sein, so sind die übrigen Bestimmungen davon nicht berührt. 10. In the case of refusal, the software must be deleted from all your storage media. 1. All rights concerning JAmp are property of the company TOBIAS MEUSCHKE IT. All rights concerning the used "javazoom mp3 spi" libaries are property of JAVAZOOM (www.javazoom.net). 2. The acquisition of JAmp is permitted only within the Federal Republic of Germany. All Downloads and orders from the InterNet are to be regarded as local transactions within the Federal Republic of Germany (in accordance with German law). The acquisition of the software is also possible for persons and organizations with place of residence or office outside of the Federal Republic of Germany, in accordance with the conditions mentioned. 3. The use of JAmp is subject to German law. For use outside of the Federal Republic of Germany it is recognized that this happens exclusively by German law. 4. The use of JAmp for non commercial use is free of charge. A commercial use requires the approval of Tobias Meuschke IT. 5. A manipulation or a change of the software is not permitted. 6. TOBIAS MEUSCHKE IT can not be made liable for data loss, lost profits or other damage, which may result from the use of BASIC BACKUP. An exception of this regulation exists only with demonstrably rough negligence on the part of TOBIAS MEUSCHKE IT. 7. Each offence against these license agreements leads to immediate expiring of the rights to use and the withdrawal of the license. In this case TOBIAS MEUSCHKE IT reserves itself the right of further criminal and/or civil pursuit. 8. All rights, which are not expressly released here, remain with TOBIAS MEUSCHKE IT. 9. Should one or more regulations of the license agreement be ineffective, then the remaining regulations of it are not affected. 10. In all other respects the AGB (terms of service) of the company TOBIAS MEUSCHKE IT apply.
